Terms and Conditions
Effective and last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of CNT Consultants’ pages, free resources, and paid digital products. By using the pages, requesting a resource, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the materials.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally capable of entering an agreement and use the pages and products only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with page operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious material, or use the materials to infringe another person’s rights.
Educational information only
CNT materials provide general educational and business-planning information. They are not legal, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice and do not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, agency, employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship.
The included UGC agreement and AI/digital-replica language are customizable educational templates. They have not been attorney-vetted by CNT Consultants and may not be suitable, complete, current, or enforceable for a particular jurisdiction or engagement. Obtain review from a qualified attorney before signing, distributing, or relying on them.
No guarantees
CNT does not guarantee brand deals, creator partnerships, acceptance of a pitch, audience growth, engagement, revenue, savings, legal protection, or any other outcome. Results depend on factors outside CNT’s control and on how the customer uses the materials.
Purchases and payment
Prices and product descriptions are shown at checkout and may change prospectively. You authorize the displayed payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the stated one-time amount and any clearly disclosed taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically through a download page, email, or both. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files and for maintaining compatible software. Contact us promptly if a verified technical problem prevents delivery.
Limited license
Unless a product states otherwise, CNT grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, edit, and use the materials for the purchaser’s own creator, brand, or consulting business. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post, share in a template library, give account or file access to others, remove proprietary notices, or repackage the materials as your own product. You may share a completed, customized agreement with the other party and professional advisors as reasonably necessary for your own engagement.
Intellectual property
The pages, product text, frameworks, design, branding, and downloadable source materials are owned by or licensed to CNT Consultants and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you.
Third-party services
Our pages may use or link to third-party services, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, payment processors, and file-hosting providers. CNT does not control their availability, security, or separate terms and policies.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pages and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNT Consultants will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the pages or products. CNT’s aggregate liability concerning a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CNT Consultants harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or use of a customized document in an actual engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written notice.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
